Online Return Policy
We truly hope you love your new purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, we will be happy to exchange, issue an In-Store Credit or refund the cost of all full price items within 14 days of delivery.
Returned merchandise must be in original condition – unworn, undamaged, unwashed and without odour. We reserve the right to refuse refund on returned items not meeting specifications.
Customers are responsible for their return shipping cost.

For hygienic reasons we are not able to accept returns on earrings or hats.
Please allow 7 days for your return to be processed. We are not responsible for any returns that are lost or stolen while in transit, and recommend customers retain tracking numbers on returned packages.
